There are so many great reasons to use cast iron cookware and Chef Isaiah will show us just how much fun vegetarian cooking is when using it. It’s been around for thousands of years and can be a healthier way to prepare so many foods. Cast iron cookware is inexpensive and will last for generations. You can brown foods beautifully as the heat distribution is extremely even and it’s virtually non-stick which cleans up in a snap. It’s the perfect tool for the health conscious cook as well as those concerned about the environmental consequence of throw away gadgets.
Although cast iron could seem daunting to care for, Isaiah’s experience in how to easily season and cook with it will be just the encouragement you need. Cast iron doesn’t off-gas, is easy to clean, and is the serving dish that makes great memories at the healthy dinner table.
