Getting through the holidays with the intention of changing unhealthy patterns is on many folks minds. Over the years we’ve learned how powerful a diet of plant based foods can be when trying to maintain or build good health. So how do we incorporate more of these wonder foods (that taste great) into our busy lives? One way is with an Instant Pot and Paige will show you how easy it is.
Folks loved Paige’s Plant-Based class this past spring at the farm and she returns bright and early in the New Year to help us kick 2018 off healthier and a lot wiser. Just back from a culinary trip with Colleen Patrick-Godreaux, author of The 30-Day Vegan Challenge and a number of award-winning vegan cookbooks, Paige will share insights about ways to eat healthier, prepare DELICIOUS recipes simpler, and make foods tastier. She will also introduce you to a great way to get dinner on the table in a snap by using the Instant Pot (read Consumer Reports Article). You will taste 6 fantastic plant based recipes including a Mexican Chili. This is a class not to miss!
