- 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Soak 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts in warm water for 2 hours and drain.
- In a high speed blender place cashews, 1/2 cup of water, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice and 2 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp sea salt.
- Blend on high until smooth and transfer to covered container and chill. The cream with thicken as it sits. This will last about 1 week.
