Cashew Sour Cream

Cashew Sour Cream

  • 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Soak 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts in warm water for 2 hours and drain.
  2. In a high speed blender place cashews, 1/2 cup of water, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice and 2 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp sea salt.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and transfer to covered container and chill. The cream with thicken as it sits. This will last about 1 week.
